I cannot get enough of this little ski home in the woods! This is such a find! I imagine that this one will go under contract pretty quickly, but in this new and changing market, balancing market, you just never know! Why I LOVE this: it is a ski nugget in the woods, but is still in Bend. In the best location! Just minutes to the mountain, nordic trails and the three sisters wilderness for all your four season adventures. Minutes on your bike to Phil's Trail MB trail complex, Haul trial to the Old Mill district or up into forest trails, take a walk to the Old Mill for concert or the river trail, a four mile loop from this location. Brilliant! Also backs to the Tetherow community for walking or running trails as well as a ten minute drive to downtown or Northwest Crossing for business, shopping or dining. Activity in every direction. Also just one or two minutes to the Athletic Club of Bend and its tennis, athletics and summer concerts as well. The home itself is as quaint as it gets! Also good for fun updating projects as well. Sip coffee by the fire in the morning, or in the hot tub out in the snowy trees. Brilliant!
