Documenting March Month End Data
Spring 2023 finds our Central Oregon and Bend housing inventory still very low. The Beacon Report shows Bend Single Family Residential Median Price back up to $685,000 after dipping to $680,000 in February. The price per square foot has gone back up to $335, and the Days On Market average is down again to 13 from 51 in February. Activity seems to be brewing! If you are a buyer, be patient, “the one” always comes to market, and new listings are increasing in numbers every day. It’s a difficult search right now, and we are definitely seeing a return of multiple offers here and there. Well-priced homes with apparent value are going quickly. If you are selling - remember to declutter, present with your best foot forward and get the marketing coverage you need!
